When you request a clean

We collect the contact details, address, service choices, preferred appointment details and notes you submit so we can assess the job, provide a quote and arrange a visit. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in the notes.

Booking requests and your diary

Requests are stored securely for the Clean team to review. If an appointment is agreed and the team uses the Outlook connection, relevant job details may be added to Clean’s Microsoft calendar. A preferred date is not a confirmed appointment.

Your choices

Requesting a quote does not subscribe you to marketing. You can ask Clean to correct or delete your enquiry information, subject to any information we need to keep to manage an agreed service or meet applicable obligations.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Essential hosting or sign-in cookies may be used to keep the site and protected team pages working. The booking form keeps its current entries in memory while you complete it.

Third-party links

Telephone, email, social links and Microsoft authorisation open their respective services. Those services have their own privacy information and controls.
